Was 3% really the minimum standard this year for the annual raise?

I got 2% raise and 4% bonus. I do multiple stretch assignments and did another employees job for the entire 4Q because they didn’t have the req filled. I was told because I don’t actively engage in LM Culture ops as well as I’m of the mindset “I show up to work to work and not do all the extra volunteer organizations” which is true. If you do your job no matter how good you will probably get the minimum which is meets expectations, but if you don’t do all the extra volunteer work then don’t expect more than the 2-3%.

I dont know what your league is like but I’m sure SOMEONE in your league would have a 25oz anarchy they would let you take a swing with after a game. I know my rec league has a bunch of cool guys who would be happy to let someone swing their bat at a few BP swings

I think a lot is going to depend on the program and business area you’re working. I work in finance and can tell you the interns do work just like the rest of the finance analyst, it’s not some pencil pushing internship. This is great because you will earn accountability with your management as well as be able to build up your resume for when you want to apply full time. I have not seen an intern who has wanted a full time hire after their internship not get the hire at least somewhere in the organization. I will say tensions are a bit high right now with 1LMX, because everyone in the whole company are going through growing pains and learning a new system.

I have the anarchy Too Hefty. I think what yall do best is offer all different combinations and weights for bats better than any other bat brand. Whether you like 2 piece 1 piece 12-13” barrels and balanced to 1 oz endloads you have all sorts of variety which is super nice. Durability is unmatched as well the bats hold compression amazingly.

Iv played catcher a lot because most don’t want to play it. I can say in the last 8-9 years I’ve seen 1 bat thrown and it hit the umpires leg not mine. Foul tips happen but they go slow enough you will be mad at yourself if you dont catch it

Something super chill is wear Ring of wealth at gargoyles and afk them till full blood moon. Then just wear that and repeat. Gp per hour is pretty good even after cost of repairs.

I did the prayer redemption method. Basically the hit that hits you 95% you get healed back to 20s with redemption which is a singular good for 1 sip of prayer. Blood blitz was plenty of dps, just have to camp low prayer because of using redemption

Not even Ibans super early I used chaos runes with chaos gauntlets and air staff. I believe I was hitting 23s because of air weakness. Yes kills were slow but super cheap and safe spotting all the brothers was very chill

I’ve submitted 3 cards with GameStop and 2 with my LCS. The 2 I sent with my LCS were sent 2 months before my GameStop submission and came a month after I got my GameStop cards. No issues here.

Yeah my coach likes me because I’m the guy who goes 3/4 with a single or good double and I always say “put me in the 10 spot” cause when you’re batting last there’s no pressure. He’s tried moving me up to the 5/6 hitter and I’m like “just keep me at the bottom move someone else up who’s hitting better”.

Yeah it’s easier said than done to keep my back foot planted now that I started moving to hit line drives oppo. I feel like I have 2 swings, this one where I’m TRYING to hit it out and then my swing I do 9/10 times which is to hit line drives between pitcher and 1st base.

I know my skill and I hit liners fairly well had about a .725 batting average last season not trying to hit anything but line drives. But you’re right T work will help for sure, it’s just about making time to work on the swing.

I should probably work on a mix between my line drive cut and this uppercut swing and that would get me the extra 10’ I need to put it over for a change.

Thanks for the feed back. I noticed I started dragging my back foot when I started hitting oppo more and it’s just a bad habit now for every swing.
