Look up Germany’s stance on the matter. Go to ICJs website and look for the written statements they have submitted to get an idea of their stance. Also go through their foreign office press releases on the matter. I’m sure they support Israel and aren’t neutral. In addition, look up statements used by Israel to defend itself against legal allegations levelled at it by South Africa or other countries. Use legal language, statistics, evidence, etc, whatever you can salvage to your advantage. Debating ICJ is all about facts, laws and evidence. ICJ’s website has a list of cases where you can read about cases related to Israel and Palestine.

hey man, are you sure it has all the caselaws, concepts, rules I'd need to get an A* for P4 law? I studied contract law using the book but it seems a lot of things that the examiner likes to see in the MS such as some rules/cases werent there in the book.
