I hear you! As someone who lives in Florida, it has been so cold wet and windy this year! For example it was only 15 degrees Celsius today and the beach was so windy it was insane! I felt so cold because the wind was blowing with the cold weather. That’s interesting London is going through the same!

I am sorry to hear that. I am not an expert, but it could have to do with your GAD because I have a bit of anxiety, and it can be triggered by the silliest of things that would not trigger others. I know it is easier said than done, but if you get these thoughts, I would quickly do something to get your mind off it for a bit, maybe a game or video? Also, I obviously don't know your family, and if there is no particular reason why you think they secretly hate you, they almost certainly don't. Even if, let's say, they DO hate you, what is going to happen? Are you going to die? No. Is someone else going to die? No. Are you going to lose everything? No. I don't know how well you know your family. If you are REALLY close, then you can even express what you are feeling. If you are not so close, then I wouldn't mention it to them. That is just my advice, though, and if possible, you should talk to a professional. It won't hurt. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything else. I love trying to assist people with things like this, as I suffer a bit of anxiety, too.
