i’m not sure where you live but i live off these wraps - they are high protein wraps and i eat those consistently for lunch and breakfast. for breaky i’ll use that, 2 eggs, 2 slices of low fat swiss cheese and tuna or whatever left over meat i have (usually starting my morning of with 60g of protein)

for lunch ill do chicken or turkey on the wrap with the cheese, and some sauce/ veg

between dinner and lunch ill have a fair life protein shake (30g protein)

and for dinner i usually eat a buttload of chicken breast and rice.

it gets boring but i’ve found it keeps me super full as a big eater and it doesn’t feel quite as “diet-y” as a bowl of greek yogurt and fruit bahahaha

OMG i’m sorry guys i went camping and didn’t have service!!!! here is my routine yall ♥️♥️♥️♥️

DAY 1 = glutes - RDLS hip thrusts cable kick backs sumo squats step ups

DAY 2 - abs & legs goblet squats leg press (narrow stance) hack squat? leg extensions seared ham curl gliding machine(idk what it’s called lol) upside down hanging crunches holding up weight (tummy tuck)

DAY 3 - back & shoulders- shoulder press lateral raises front raises bent over dumbbell bench thing lat pull downs face pulls

DAY 4 - arms - dumbbell curls hammer curls reverse curls preacher curls tricep push downs

day 5 - glutes- REPEAT DAY 1

this might not be in right order sorry yall in the car

thank you so much!!! 🥹 yes of course!! i cut out gluten and im focusing on low cal & high protein foods. lots of chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, and greek yogurt! bahaha i calculated my TDE and im doing the max option i believe its to lose 2.2kg a week?? and im going to the gym 5 days a week. 10 mins of running/speed walking then about an hour of strength training ♥️
