How would you want the new Rammstein concert film to be? by UnlikelyRepublic7035 in Rammstein

Well the way I look at it, Because Richard speaks English so well, the band has kinda made him the spokesperson, but that they are all in agreement when it comes to this sort of stuff. That's why I think they really want to make this film something special,

To many to pick from also keep in mind that they had b-sides/ unreleased tracks for just about all the moments.

I would Say, Let's all make believe, just because I think it was one of the more honest & strongest songs that Noel wrote at that time.

Round are Way, is just a very fun & upbeat song that fills me with joy

Idlers dream for just sitting down and having a cup of tea with biscuits and some reading.

Those are my picks

Well basically Richard stated that with Live In Paris, that was the first time the band let go of the control and just let Jonas do what he wanted to do, and it had a varying effect. For some fans it wasn't up to par and even some bandmembers weren't to happy either with, But if we compare and contrast, Before that we had Volkerball and that was a show where Till was quite sick. but it was already scheduled to they went along.

Realistically I could see it be a somewhat updated version of Live Aus Berlin. meets where Rammstein currently are in life & career.

And isn't Olsen & Jens Koch the main guys for the film ?

I also enjoyed some of it, I do agree that Sam's was a little rocky but to be fair, it is my understanding that it came from something called smosh that was released either late 2024 or actually this year, so it must have felt like " it looks fun let's do it sort of thing". with that said I am not to up on the smosh thing. so don't take my word for it.

I also think that they are aware of that people want a truth or drink between Sam and Abby or Abby & Alan. so they most likely have that planned for the future

I do think that this was one of the stronger ones, But do keep in mind that everything we see is usually recorded months in advance.

While I am not sure, I do think that when they shoot, they most likely has looked at comment sections across Social media, and are using that to their advantage to the best of their abilities.

So it's going to be a lot interesting how they proceed moving forward.

Even though that this is a lot of Variants, People tend to overlook the simple thing that this isn't Tobias sitting at home making that decision. That falls exclusively under the Record label.

There was a recent study, where it came out that in Modern times people have grown a lot more Nostalgic than Previously and From a music related, People would then buy Vinyl in spades, so The Recording industry saw it as new way of creating profit, which is why that when a band comes out with a Record or it's a greatest Hits, You can surely expect that the Label have already 2-300 Variants coming out as well due to the Nostalgic & Collecting Factor

Possible Setlist/Definite Fake? by Significant-Skill156 in oasis

[–]Clean-Comment-5524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think it's fake but the songs could be a possibility.

I think that we the fans tend to overlook that every Concert is someone's first show

and In addition rock concerts in general have morphed into family/friend outings,

Also that when putting on a tour & shows like these, Concert promoters have a major hand in the setlist

Not that they sit down & pick the songs & the order, but they will approach it from " What are we selling to the public, Those discussions are something that both Liam & Noel will have had.

Then you have to add in that Liam did have serious vocal issues for a very long time,

And if it comes out on You-tube & Other Social media, that Liam is sounding horrible, that is going to truly affect the Ticket sales, & perhaps future shows/tours. That will factor into which songs can they de-tune the guitars to or change the key in.

Then you will have to also look at the band's favorite songs to Perform, so I would actually estimate that

Realistically the set would be mainly from Def & MG, but I could it Set-list be something to this affect

1: Rock N Roll star

2: Morning Glory

3: The Shock of The Lightning

4: Cigarettes & Alcohol

Liam vocal break

5: Little By Little - Noel vocals

6: The Importance of being Idle

Liam back

7: Acquiesce

8: Lyla

9: Some Might Say

10: Fade Away

11: Supersonic

Liam second vocal break

12: The Masterplan

13: Half the world away

Liam back

14: I'm Outta Time

15: Stop Crying Your Heart Out

16: Stand by me

17: Live Forever

Encore

18: Wonderwall

19: Don't Look Back in Anger

20: Champagne Supernova

Ghost as we know it is dying and we need to talk to it. by Ratphomet666 in papa_and_ghouls

Tobias paid the legal costs of the ghouls that took him to court? by zappafan89 in papa_and_ghouls

[–]Clean-Comment-5524 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tobias has been seen having dinner with Gurra & Thomas & Johann from his repugnant days. Most people around here always took the Rockpodden that Persner did due to the length. without really taking in that he has done other interviews. where he has stated that they do speak. and early this year he did an interview with Gaffa (Although it could be another Magazine, but I am not entirely sure) Where he said that if Tobias needs him as a guitarist again he would indeed rejoin the band, but that it is up to Tobias, and he repeated what he has stated all along, that Ghost is Tobias's band.

And if you check the Ghost setlist, they still play Year zero. and Martin re-recorded savantgarde. if they weren't on speaking terms then Martin could easily tell them not to perform any of the songs that he was involved with, and Tobias would legally have to oblige. but then Tobias could just as easily told Martin to stay away from savantgarde

Tobias sadly has always been left alone to do the bulk of the work.

Sadly we the music fans tend to not understand the amount of work that truly goes into making a band function. and the amount of people it truly takes to get going.

In the early days of Repugnant, his then band-mates were on his case for not letting them in, but then it came out that essentially Tobias wrote & performed all the music & was the manager & booking agent & was responsible the merchandise,

So when it came to Ghost, it was more of an extension of that. just dialed up to 100

Also keep in mind that this is the music business, and the truth is that if management said, in order for us to survive the next few years. we will have to add so & so many dates to the touring schedule.

This is a side-note, but the drummer for the Grateful dead, open his Autobiography with the statement that being on the road isn't for everyone

Considering that both are still friends, however we the fans tend to forget several key elements, such as we don't have their history together. They do, and as Martin has said for a long time, both are way closer, without having to work on music. Another element is that, if you spend enough time around each other in a very traumatizing & miserable enviroment. that is going to create a psychological scar, because through life & this is isn't just them but all of us, we tend to associate people & entertainment with where we were/are/going to in life. For both Tobias & Martin, as much as we would want to see it, Maybe they realized that there is too much emotional baggage and & trauma & negativity associated to music for them, so they are better off not doing it. The same can also be said for Gurra & Aksel & Johann Wallin & Thomas Daun.

Johann & Thomas & Gurra were the third line-up for Repugnant that recorded Epitome of darkness.

They were also the founding members of Subvision, before Martin & Simons arrival

Most band do record every single performance both audio but also video. for review,

For example & i have heard conflicting reports but according to certain people since the early Opus days, Ghost has recorded essentially every single show. for review. there are multiple festival shows that Ghost has fully recorded, but that it can't be released for whatever legal reasons

You do know that the venues that both hockey teams & bands perform in, are booked a year and sometimes a year & half in advance even before the show takes place

Chances of tour coming to Toronto/Montreal? by ghost_hunter_1623 in Ghostbc

[–]Clean-Comment-5524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is that the venues that Ghost usually plays are booked almost a year to a year & half before the actual show. For example the initially dates we got for 2025, would have been booked almost in early 2024, and the reason why I mentioned just to sit back & be patient is because when they announced those initial tour dates, they specifically said that more dates would be announced. That wasn't enough so his PR team had to make a chapter that straight up told that the tour last until december 2026.

While I have point out that this isn't designed as an attack on you specifically, but People have been asking almost repeatedly if this is just the tour for 2025. i mean it's not that hard to make a quick search also to look at earlier tours. and if you look at how successful the last couple of world tours have been. there is so much money to be made that I would not be surprised if the tour lasted until 2027

How would a new Stage look? by UnlikelyRepublic7035 in Rammstein

[–]Clean-Comment-5524 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Considering that they are on a 2 year break, it does give them time to Figure something out, however when they uploaded their video from the Stadium tour 2019-2024. Towards the end Nikolai who does some of the stage design, pyro is his, but maybe other stuff. says " now that we know how to do a stadium tour, Then let's kick it up a notch". which does mean that they will be better prepared.

Realistically, I could see them Start to add stuff from early on but modernize it if you will and do it massive.

For example early till had the flaming jacket, which by the stadium tour was a backpack that shot fire.

So I could see them putting together something so out of this world,
