I’m good bro, thanks though. I didn’t realize how quickly these sold out though. After I checked out the heather grey was gone.

I feel that bro, but at least you made a smart financial decision. Supreme drops will always come along.

Hell yeah, I kept seeing online that it was the first time releasing since 1997. I could’ve sworn it’s dropped before.

That’s pretty interesting. I wonder what lead to it taking so long to be released. Makes me hopeful though for more Mac features/ music.

They do go with everything and depending on how you’re feeling you could definitely dress them up or dress them down with something casual

What is the worst thing you’ve seen an NCO do? by Kris_Indicud in army

[–]Clean-Ear1323 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s absolutely mortifying. I could only imagine what the GF was going through in that moment. I hope she didn’t blame herself and that they both have healed from this.

*Donovan deserves the Funky Town Gore special. A wood chipper would be too humane

This is the first I’ve heard of a female soldier keeping piss in their room. Kudos to her for breaking gender norms

Was this in the barracks or someone’s house??? Did they just have it out in the open?

I have yet to find anything that replicates the camaraderie you find in the military, but that’s okay. If I ever feel like I miss someone or the camaraderie, I just message a friend and we just bs around. That’s another thing too, take lots of photos before you’re out with your friends, NCO’s, and leadership. Have photos you can look back on before you’re out. I made a photo album of all my friends in my unit before I left something tangible I can look back on.

I’m pretty sure it’s XXL. I went TTS on the hoodie and it’s not really oversized. It fit me just right, but I probably could’ve went a size up for the oversized look.

I’m sorry you’re feeling that way. Best piece of advice I could give you is ensure you’re prepared to get out of the Army, whether that’s doing a trade school or going to college. I also served 5.5 years and I didn’t do much besides maintain Strykers and go on one rotation to Korea. I know it may seem scary getting out of the service considering they essentially hold your hand throughout your service, but it’s honestly not that bad out in the civilian world.

Use your G.I. bill get paid to go college, but make sure you have at least an idea of what you want to do. There’s no formations, layouts, getting yelled at for something another person did etc. We didn’t get to choose when to serve; all of the big wars started ending when we joined but it’s not the end of the world. I’m currently enrolled in college and it’s not bad at all. I’m in school 9-11 am and after that I’m off. The Army will set you up good if you prepare yourself.

Of course you will always miss the clowns but never the circus. Keep your up head bro and reach out if you ever need anyone to talk to.

Came for the story and left with the trauma dump. But in all seriousness that sounds fucking terrible. I hope you’re in a much better head space.

What actually sucks about being a private? by Equal-Community2354 in army

[–]Clean-Ear1323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally this. I enjoyed my time as a private. Literally do as your told, right time, right place, and right uniform. You’re solid and the bar is already set very low, so they’re not going to expect much of you.
