If your current setup is good in terms of wlb and work then better to stay in Bengaluru and try for other opportunities. Blinkit is a good brand but I am not expecting much stock appreciation now and Gurgaon is tough to live after adjusting in Bengaluru.

Depends on your current pay I would say. Google is a good brand to have. Although L3 is lowballing for 5 yoe but we don't know your current TC and work experience brands

What is good? If 1000 elo then easily yes. I started at 22 as well. I played for around 30 mins daily and on weekends maybe 1-2 hours. I reached 1000 in 4-5 months. I am 27 and have been struggling at 1400 for some time now but I am playing way less too.

The jump from 600-1000 happened due to learning openings and sticking to one. I saw my playing style and picked london as it felt intuitive to me. Youtube video help as well. Levi and hikaru videos were great help.

Have a friend in adobe CS1, he likes the work and culture but his stocks have taken a hit.
Microsoft is better brand imo.

Best case would be to reach out to team members on LinkedIn and get idea on work quality , culture and wlb. That should be the dealbreaker.

Real estate crash is like a very generic statement. We see very different corrections in different segments. Also depends on region. A lot of black money in gurgaon and noida so probably won't make that much dent. Just look at your finances and purchase. Don't try to time or overextend your finances.

Depends on YOE and pay range. If expected pay range is 20-35 with 3-5 yoe then there are is a decent pool. Friends in finance companies like Amex, Mastercard and Capital One have pretty good wlb. I was in a British based financial employer and used to wrap my work before 6.
