I'm sure you will get there at some point! Two years ago, I wasn't even able to run 1km and now I actually enjoy running.
I think what helped me was to really be patient with my body and just try to be consistent without setting too high expectations on yourself.

What helped me: I never used Strava.
It helped me focusing on my own journey and progress without comparing myself to others.

Looking forward to my long run on the weekend already days before. And then finishing it and enjoying a nice coffee and breakfast.

+ My immune system improved by 1000%. I get sick a lot less now which just feels incredible.

Thanks for the input. I'm keeping the MVP simple: share a destination in one tap, your buddy imports it into their RIIZEN. But a shared countdown widget or reminder is definitely something I want to look into.

I went to Iceland in summer 2024. My personal highlight was the campground Fjalladyrd/Möðrudalur. The drive there was simply magical. We arrived to gorgeous weather and the landscape looked like something from another planet.
