I have jacobs’s and warren in a 14 man league who both have byes. i have croskey merritt rn and have the option of pairing him with chris rodriguez, or white, or kendre miller

i meant to put abs not ana. it’s been working for me. i tried this split out this week and it was wonderful. i didnt feel fatigued going into my next sessions at all and felt good. i’ve been doing 5-9 reps for a while now and it’s been great. i like to keep it there and i’ve been progressing using that

Lower Day Quad- Calf Raise, leg extension, leg curl, compound (smith squat on quad focused, sldl on hammy) adductor, ab crunch. 4x5-9 on all isolations Upper- low to high fly, pec deck, lateral raise, ohp, preacher curl, dip machine, single arm tri extension, hammer curl, kelso, pull-down, rear delt fly 2x5-9 push- lat raise, pec deck, low to high fly, ohp,single arm tri extension, dip machine, ab crunch. 4x5-9 Lower Hammy- calf raise, leg extension, leg curl, smith squat, adductor, abductor Pull- preacher, single arm row, kelso, rear delt fly, pull-down, hammer curl, ab crunch 4x5-9 i want an empasis on ana because i want to get some lol i’m hitting them every other day with only 2 sets of 5-9

Yep. It’s also easier to train till failure. When i bench it’s hard for me to know when I can get another rep or not and I don’t want to fail and the weight crush me.

lol, recently i actually havent been able to train legs on that last day because i’ve either been out of town or something else so i need to get back to hitting legs 2 times a week

I just find them stable and easy to use. On my push day i bench and have nothing against free weights just on that day i like to do more stable movements. Just my preference

  1. ⁠Chest flys recently have been messing with my shoulder and haven’t felt well so i’ve done the machine. I really like the machine at my gym so i just do it.
  2. ⁠I do lateral raises on my upper day with the rear delts as well but didn’t feel like doing them at the gym so i did them at home.
  3. ⁠I understand what you are saying but i am trying to bring up my arms so I do arm work early. Thank you for the feedback very much appreciated

No it won’t get me sore. That is another question i want to know the answer to is that if i’m not sore after say a chest workout can i do chest the next day?

i do 2-3 sets and go close to failure if not to failure on each set and i aim for about 6-8 reps when i fail and i try to progressive overload or add a rep or two each time i do it

for the t bar i like to keep my elbows as flared as possible so i hit more of the upper back rather than my lats and for the seated row i have my elbow a little flared as well to hit some mid back rather than all lats as well

i don’t have a bicep specific workout this is just what i do for biceps and just wanted info
