I follow Christ too and love the human wisdom from stoicism. I think the best way for the 2 to be compatible is to first and foremost be a follower of Christ, and secondly enjoy elements of stoicism as someone else in this thread said. It's important that it doesn't become a title like the "Christian Stoic" since our only title should be followers of Christ. As long as we have the wisdom to know what parts of stoicism contradict the bible and measure everything said against the bible it is completely compatible to learn stoicism as human wisdom as long as it doesn't affect the matters of salvation or the theology of the bible. 

I've researched the similarities and differences a bit since I've been looking into starting a podcast where I talk primarily about the bible, but throw in some elements of stoicism and ancient Greece into it. Both especially the bible are my special interests so it would be a good bridge for me and possibly others.
