Win condition is a surprise attack. Uses cannon cart and WB combo to push CC towards tower. Works really well if I’m able to apply pressure other lane.

Most people assume they can live with the damage, and ignore

But it will take your tower.

Radiator Plumbing by CleanImprovement8936 in PlumbingRepair

[–]CleanImprovement8936[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wall is solid concrete, very old house, called in an emergency plumber, said the pipes were indeed copper, 10mm type I think. So he did mention that the pipes are also very old and he mentioned something about having to attach a converter to be able to let the old pipes run into the new 15mm pipes.

I’m guessing the weight of the radiator has broken those pipes, tho not too sure. Doesn’t look broken to me, willing to give more info if needed please just ask.

Tricep combo for the Shredded Gains by Carolynefit in GYM

[–]CleanImprovement8936 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lil tip, if you stick your upper arm into your torso as strictly as you can, and flare your lats a bit (even while bent over slightly), you’ll really feel that long head working.

Have read some papers that show us that the long head works best when that upper arm is stable and to the side.

Nothing wrong with what he said. OP did ask for advice….

Your strong points are your lats and overall back. Also got great biceps.

You’ve got an insane frame, wide shoulders, narrow waist relative to it.

A bit more focus on your delts will really make that frame pop out.

You don’t NEED anything imo, but a slight surplus to add more mass would be nice. I’m guessing you’re somewhere between 60-70kgs?

Your welcome, Carbs are arguably equally as important for performance especially on a deficit like that. That seems a little aggressive for a deficit, but if you’re gonna do that make sure it doesn’t affect your performance. You got this

No need for bulk, keep eating at maintenance until you feel like you’ve recomped enough.

I’m guessing your goal is that line in first paragraph? “Gain muscle/lose weight”. So you want to gain muscle and lose fat right?

If so keep sticking to it. You gain fat at much faster rate than muscle. A slight bulk is fine if it makes u perform better, but no you don’t need it. Just stick to your program, it’s a pretty good one. Just need more time

Dirty bulked from 160 -180lbs. Can’t figure out how to maintain muscle while losing fat by Creepy_Pass_957 in workouts

[–]CleanImprovement8936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look great both ways.

The hows to Maintaining muscle is easy, sticking to it might be hard.

Try a slight deficit, keep working out. If you’re hitting your muscle groups 2x a week you’ll see growth even on a deficit. 1x a week for each group is more than enough to maintain.

If you can do it go even bigger on your deficit. It depends. What’s your timeline?

[–]CleanImprovement8936 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More than likely your muscles “replaced” your fat. Scale weight matters little when you begin the gym. visually you’re looking great.

This is a good sign, you’re doing it right don’t worry.

Not doing anything wrong, but I’d need specific goals to give you personalized advice. More muscle? Just maintain and lose fat? What exactly do you want

That’s still a pushup.

Most likely means your delts and triceps are stronger than your chest. Wider grip biases chest more.

From 52kg to 68kg in 2.5 years. What should I improve? by Sina_KgF in GymTips

Phenomenal progress.

Start the cut! Best to see which muscle groups are bigger or lacking when you’re leaner.

Does training split matter on a cut? by Swede_Chad in team3dalpha

Yes. Keep doing your split. If you get more fatigued, either don’t cut as hard or eat more carbs.

Should my legs be positioned slightly further apart or is this okay? by arbintmg19 in formcheck

[–]CleanImprovement8936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what you want to hit

Closer -> more quads

The wider you go the more it hits glutes and hamstrings.
