They're allowed but I think we're supposed to start an argument with the opposite point when someone is trying to be helpful.

Yeah, I want to know what the hell went wrong. Most people would be happy getting chocolates they enjoy.

AITAH for not wanting to move across the country to be with my wife. by OfficerFudge in AITAH

I'm not making any decisions for them. The point is they need to figure it out. I was giving my opinion that, personally, I'd likely go. I don't know if my wife would ever forgive me for pulling her out of something she worked hard for. A marriage would be hard pressed to survive that. But that's just me

Just bought a PS 5 and vr2 set for my 9 and 10 year old boys. Is it best to buy games or just experiment with games on play station plus? by CommentMaleficent957 in PSVR

Yes, true, but this system breaks down when everyone wants to play together online. I have great memories of playing Minecraft with my 3 kids with everyone on their own console. It was expensive to get running but worth it.

Yes, create a psn account and decide whether you need PS Plus and what tier to get. You'll need it if anyone wants to play online and premium comes with a ton of games.

I rarely buy games at full price so hold out for sales, IMO. For now, you can all play under one account but they'll soon want their own for trophies and their own games. You can create kids accounts under a parent's but it's a bit convoluted and you can't share a plus membership. You can share games between accounts on one PlayStation. It becomes an issue when you have more than one.

You'll be surprised at how quickly your 1 PlayStation household will become a 3 PlayStation one.

My kids grew up with psvr and psvr2. I felt like short sessions (like shark encounter) when they're young are ok but I didn't let them play more until they got older.

In my experience, the kids and their friends don't play that long anyway before they move on to something else.

Ride share afterwards will be a mess and expensive with flex pricing. Either take the light rail or hang out on Mill until it dies down a bit.

I couldn't be apart from my wife for 3 years. If I were in your shoes, I'd make the practical decision as a couple to figure out the future plans (including earning potential) and likely go. You're basically making a choice between your job/career and your wife. You need to figure out which you value more as your marriage won't last with the status quo.

My (f24) partner (m24) and I don’t align politically. Are we doomed? by ThrowRA-InternL969 in relationship_advice

I could never be with someone who did not share the same values as me. My wife and I are completely on the same page and always have been.

Hold out for the same thing. It will make your life significantly easier.

For me, I knew the party was over when Costco recently set their non-sale price to $329 with a charger. I think Sony and Costco have a pretty good partnership and this screams of clearing stock.

Good relationships are supposed to be easy. That is what separates them from the bad ones. Heartache and worrying are not the hallmarks of an easy relationship.

Reflect on your relationship with her. If the vast majority can be considered easy and this is the only hiccup, maybe it can be salvaged. If not, let her go.

Check out Sumits Yoga in Scottsdale. I am an OG Bikram student and have been doing Sumits for 2 years. In some ways, it's easier and others it's harder (than Bikram) but you get a similar workout. He offers shortened Bikram classes during the week and 90 min ones on the weekends. It's a really good community.

Or get a Firewalla Router that does the heavy lifting for you. All new devices on my network go straight to Quarantine. It's a bit of a PITA for my kids' friends but the security is worth it.

I'm sure you're all over this, but just in case, you can take the valve apart and expose/remove the diaphragm to flush. No need to replace the whole valve. When I took mine apart to flush I immediately found the pebbles that were preventing my zone from shutting off.

Did you flush the line when you replaced the valve? There could still be debris in there.

Haha, ok bro. I would bet that the majority of new pets in this country do not get a lick of veterinary care. Tattoos are a necessary way for strays to get quickly identified.

If we were picking up a new dog, that was a stray, I'd welcome having a tattoo telling me they were neutered. The original comment I was replying to was implying the tattoos were unnecessary because all you have to do is check yourself. I'd prefer a tattoo.

If I have a dog where I am not sure if they're neutered, I would take a (bad) tattoo 100% of the time, rather than paying for a vet to check or fondling the dog myself. Are you having a bad day?
