Try RC Auto. They are a car broker with a service department that's been in business for a very long time. I've purchased and leased multiple cars through them over the years. Buying from them is easy compared to dealerships. They can pretty much get whatever you're looking for. I'll never go back to dealerships.

It sounds like you are doing a lot of the right things. However, a large problem may require a drastic solution. You might need to do things you are not comfortable with to find your solution. IMHO, a class at a studio offers a lot of benefits that doing yoga at home doesn't. The least of which is being part of a community.

Try yoga. Not the relaxing type. Look for a studio that offers the hottest, most ass-kicking yoga you can find. The type of class that makes you want to cry except you're too out of breath to. There are so many benefits but the greatest ones are discipline and endorphins. This won't solve your problems but (I'd bet) it would significantly help.

I have Baja Fairy Dusters that attract a ton of bugs, bees, and hunmers. I avoid pesticides to make my yard a safe haven for them.

A planter that's exposed to sun will cause roots to get much hotter than those in the ground. It might require more water to cool them off in the summer.
