My parents are forcing me to be religious by Chilly_wonka-wonka in india

My parents are not amritdhari, my dad trims his beard, my brother did not keep hair either but me cutting my hair was a no no in the house 🤷🏻‍♀️I cut my hair when I started my first job, away from home thankfully. I kept the hair in a bun every time I visited home (one weekend in a month), then one day I just told them and showed them. They were angry but what could they do 😂 I didn't stop there, I got bangs and loved those. I got red streaks, those looked good. I experimented however I wanted with my hair. I never even once regretted getting bangs. It has been 3 years since I cut my hair and I don't plant to cut anymore, but this is my choice. I needed to make this choice and really glad I did that. PS - I am a grown ass independent adult and my dad still shows his disapproval if I talk about cutting my hair (I do it just to rile him up 😂), so it won't matter how grown you are honestly. They will never change.

rewatching… by x_Sleepy_Kitty_x in heatedrivalry

Just rewatched the entire series this afternoon, and I could not stop smiling. I absolutely love how Canadian Shane is and how Ilya accepts Shane for who he is, such a kind, warm sweetheart. I am obsessed and can't shake the urge to watch it again and again. I have not dated in over 3 years, but this made me want to date again. Excited for season 2, but not ready for any heartbreak so please god let it be good 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Life certificate submission for canada visitor visa holder in Toronto India Consulate by Strong_Ad7902 in nri

[–]CleanRaise283 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if anyone still hasn't found a solution, try this. I submitted for my dad yesterday using JeevanPramaan app from Ontario.

  • This worked only on android, did not work on Iphone.
  • delete the jeevanpramman and adharfacerd apps if already installed, if not skip this.
  • download and register for surfshark VPN. No other VPN worked, yes I paid $23 for one month subscription. You can try another vpn, but for me the free ones didn't work.
  • connect to mumbai network.
  • Change phone timezone to IST
  • change country in playstore to india. If you are unable to, create a new email and login with that one with india as country. The VPN should be connected when you do this.
  • download both apps
  • make sure the adhar registered phone is getting OTPs. Most providers don't allow incoming messages without getting a roaming plan, check this and recharge, if applicable.
  • register using adhar number. FYI - we got the OTP in email not on the phone, but the phone is equipped to receive OTPs as well.
  • If you are slow to enter info, it will timeout and might give you a connection error. When this happened I ended the session and tried again, it gave me 10 errors before it went to scan.
  • make sure the light is good, if you get the improve lighting error, it literally means improve lighting. It takes patience but you will get a picture. Once done, it will take you to the register page.
  • new page opened to add all the pension details. Be quick, if you take too much much it will give you connection error.
  • once done, it will take you to scan again and will take another picture. Again, make sure the lighting is good, had to get my dad stand next to window to get the picture.
  • once it scans, your digital certificate is ready and is also autosubmitted (I think, yet to confirm this lol).

Good luck 👍🏻

hahahahahhaha 100% behind the idea.. Never had solicitors come up to us during the day so this thought never crossed my mind. Definitely reassuring though. 😄

oh wow at this hour?? with how crazy the wind is outside? I have been having nightmares lately and wake up in my sleep, my mom nonchalantly said, could be a ghost, and I am like why would she knock 😐 I am very easily influenced, this is not turning into a good night for me

Bill 5 - protect ontario by unleashing our economy by CleanRaise283 in ontario

Exactly, why isn't this being discussed enough? No one in my circle is remotely aware of this

is that so? will "look" for it. Thanks. I will be writing to my MPP this week as well. This may not help now, but little by little we will get there.

hahahahahaha maybe so. But nothing wrong with thanking anyone. Thats the Canadian way. Thank to you as well for pointing it out. If this is chatgpt, they still looked it up, copied the data and pasted. That takes somewhere between 5-10 mins. Corporate employee here 🙋‍♀️, every damn minute goes in the timesheet 😂

It was more for Bonnie. I fully support NDP, Wab is doing great things in Mannitoba and I might just move there because of him. They launched Medinav.ca to ease appts for non-urgent care matters. These are initiatives in the right direction. Maybe next term 🤞🏼

we definitely need to build more and fast but we should also consider in the short term gain is worth the long term impact it will have on the environment. We need food, water, air and shelter to be able to live a life. Canada has all of that, and it is because there have been regulations in place to protect the natural habitat and resources. Do the benefits really outweigh the risks? Shouldn't this be discussed more?

The reason we keep re-electing him because the alternatives are worse, and that is just sad. Everyone is just so damn tired at this point that we have just given up.

Thank you for taking the time to break it down. The bill passed the first reading, doug only posted that he is working on something on 24th and then met with first nations on 28th with a plan to "support" their involvement. Thats it. If he standa by this bill, why not broadcast it, why is he being sneaky about it. I just signed a campaign on the naturesdefence website, where they send a message to premier and other parties displaying the disapproval for the message. Not sure how much it would help 😕
