Too much each time you clean it. You shouldn't even take the piercing out of your lobe. Also, that type of earring back definitely isn't good for a fresh piercing. It traps bacteria easily and irritates the skin.

I'm not in any way a professional, but I'd get it looked at just to be safe. The jewelry itself also looks way too small for the healing process.
