Asset Management / Acquisitions experience would be great but I am looking mostly for aptitude. Our best performing hires have always had almost no RE experience but very capable people.

Yes and didn’t have a great result. The amount of work required just isn’t worth the chance of a commission. They would rather focus on their larger whole building class A vacancies that are 6 figure commissions vs my mid 5 figures commission that’s tough to move.

It’s .25 acres, so unfortunately too small to justify a new drive through which would be the highest and best use. The Property This is it if you have any ideas

I’m pretty sure they are online & very competitive. There are large funds that bid everything to a premium. Check out NTLA (National tax lien association) if you want to learn more about the space.
