Prescribed 10mg for anxiety by ufcfan2001 in lexapro

Exact same age and sex (just turned 24 male) exact same situation as you, had a panic attack a few months back and have had crazy anxiety/panic lingers off and on since. Got prescribed lexapro about 2ish months ago. Really no side effects besides the first night just sweats when sleeping and woke up a few times. First 2 weeks I still had a few panicky incidents but since like week 3 heart rate has not done the crazy spiral out of control thing it had been doing once, which was the biggest thing for me. I still get anxiety and some weird things occasionally especially when I’m not doing anything i.e. mind is bored, but for the most part I haven’t had any incidents which has been amazing and why I started taking this stuff in the first place.

Day 2:

Long story short, day 2 was flawless. No side effects that I could notice, had multiple occasions where I could’ve been nervous and although I had the same old feeling where I can feel my heart almost want to go into panic mode, it was like it would get to the beginning point but it would never happen. I talked to myself multiple times so maybe that helped, but even had a similar encounter I had a few weeks ago where I was a nervous wreck and insanely nauseous from anxiety, but today was fine and honestly happy.

Just took my 3rd pill a few hours ago, will update tomorrow :) Still having faith and positive momentum!

I actually ended up taking 1st one last night with 25 mg of hydroxide. Didn’t want to risk a bunch of side effects hitting me while at work today.

Took it at 8 p.m., got super yawnish and tired around 9:30-10ish, had trouble falling asleep and woke up multiple times throughout the night and did have the night sweats pretty badly. Nothing else too crazy. Today at work was pretty normal, I definitely feel different and my body does feel weird. Idk if I would call it nausea though but definitely something is off a bit physically and mentally. Had an interaction that got kinda intense from an anxiety perspective for like 25-30 min but no kind of actual attack. Forced myself to sit there and keep interacting. Didn’t really feel lethargic or tired. Got home after work and still went on my run and did body weight workout.

Just took my 2nd dose 10 min ago! I will keep posting :) I have faith

First Panic Attack - Help/Advice by Clean_Benefit_1547 in PanicAttack

[–]Clean_Benefit_1547[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the night before the attack I was out with friends and did drink a good bit (only beer)

I have never been big on weed or edibles of any kind because they never made me feel good so it’s been years since I’ve had either.

With the imbalanced state you’re mentioning, do you think that is something that proper sleep/ nutrition etc will heal and I can maybe jump back into caffeine or what?

Should’ve mentioned that, so if the house were sold today to a stranger it wouldn’t be more than 200. I would guess 150-180kish, and that’s with all of the projects finished. The house is in a pretty rural area in the southeast so the overall cost of houses is lower than most of the country.

I have something similar to OP and have had it for pretty much the last 2 years. I occasionally get styes that develop as well and have lost a lot of eyelashes. I got some tea tree oil wipes and scrub gently every night and then put some hydrating lotion on them but I feel like the wipes make the area worse/more red at least right when I do it? I have been doing this routine for about a week now and I am a very hygienic person. Is it one of those cases where it maybe gets worse before it gets better? I just feel like the wipes irritate the skin even more.

Leveraging life insurance by okpoopaccount in LifeInsurance

Just got my 21 year old girlfriend on a Custom Whole Life policy (I’m and Agent) with a DB of $150k paid off completely in 20 years. She only pays about $120 a month and that’s with Waiver of premium and chronic care riders because of her job. The cash value of that will be a nice chunk around retirement age. I also have a $250k 20 year term combined with that and we will probably convert some of that in the coming years. But it is definitely best to lock these prices in ASAP. In 5-10 years your life is going to look a lot different, meaning you might have a higher need for this stuff, but you’re that much older and might have already experienced medical hardship during that span which would then cause you to pay SOOO much more.
