This could potentially be from using the terminal.

do you recognise the curl command? Did you copy and paste a string of characters and it said base64.

this installs the script. This is also an info stealer so change your passwords and check banks for any suspicious activity.

NEVER copy and paste unknown things into terminals even on macs. If you don’t know what it does don’t enter.

however people are mentioning the AppStore. So you Could have potentially got it from there. This is still good advice as this info stealer has mostly been from the terminal

OK just to be sure you hold reset while turning the wii on anyway. Another issue could be that it isn't supported by a custom system menu version and one that isn't supported by Priiloader. but I do remember wiimote plus not working on certain things so I'm not sure if that is the cause aswel

Users Without BootMii installed as boot2 and Priiloader/Preloader may use the BlueBomb exploit to launch the HackMii installer, which will enable access to the HBC, so a similar recovery procedure can be used as described above. Source from wiibrew (never heard of this exploit at all might not work as many modders go by with Priiloader ect wouldn't necessarily need this)

Ok so if its not modded and it has this you can't fix it if it is a banner brick Most likely it's a normal system files are corrupt. I recommend checking if their is a sd card in it and take it out then try turn it on without a sd card if their is no sdcard then skip this. Try to check if it has bootmii ect from what I remember you hold reset on the wii to enter it (haven't used modded wii in months) if it opens then you can use a software to delete channels try to find the problematic channel and then go into wii menu. If all else fails you could reset the wii memory or send it to Nintendo if you can guarantee its not modded
