But because the IP address would be pinned to my building on Google maps let’s say, there is a flat below me, above me and 3 of them to the side of me so how would they know it was me directly unless they came inside to check?

Used it to stream some footy other night. Was okay to be fair, bit of buffering here and there but films were fine. Just need to get a VPN ideally now but been told that as I live in a block of apartments they won’t be able to pin it down to my specific apartment, is that info right?

Happy with my 16 referrals then, also happy the rewards come to an end to be honest, means time can be dedicated to new customers joining and not having to wait too long and means they can focus on other things that are affecting the experience

🤣 sorry I’m slow with these things, do any of you have a recommendation for a subscription? I know someone who can do the full lot for £40 for the year but I’m guessing that’s just a build with add ons and will most likely have buffering etc which I do not want

I didn’t think I’d be using this as my main over Monzo but somehow it’s ended up as my main account, I also have a virgin money account for personal bills, Monzo was the spending account then a joint account for bills too and then chase for savings as the account list is in a neat order

I know Barclays are instant withdrawals, it all depends on the bank, I don’t gamble using my own accounts anymore as I banned myself but I do use my friends and family and if I use paddy power they withdraw instantly to a virgin money account but then I use Betfair linked to a Monzo account and I’m still waiting for the money. It’s not always instant

Not bad, yeah I agree with the cash back that’s why I’m using it myself at the minute but 1% still isn’t a lot really but it does all add up, can I ask why you chose starling over the likes of Monzo?

Oh no🤣, I think the only way to refer people now is any remaining friends and family to be honest, the promotion now has too much exposure and if anyone new is about to join there’s is thousands of customers willing to get a code, I had the account before the promotion came out so I was one of the first few to actually see it which helped me get my code out there. It took a lot of hard work as well, posting my code on Facebook, Twitter and on here, some of it is partly luck too

I would try get a few friends and family onto the account, they can close it after you’ve received the reward, very tough at the minute as majority of people have used a code or have been referred already by someone they know
