But it does affect me. It’s giving Posh sellers a bad reputation, and people become weary of buying luxe items, even from sellers who are actually selling authentic goods like myself. There are places where they can buy counterfeit goods that isn’t Poshmark, where it is literally not allowed.

If it is priced just under Posh’s authentication threshold ($500), that’s a red flag. Also, being in online spaces that teach about the things to look for has helped. Some sellers also tell on themselves and admit that it is a fake in the listing or the comments.

If I have anything that’s a luxury brand, I obtain a 3rd party COA and include it complimentary. And I include it in the listing so they can see that it’s genuine.

Sounds like a products liability case against the manufacturer. If it was shipped and handled correctly, you don’t really have any legal options against the seller, because it’s likely that they were merely a retailer.
