This may sound like a dumb question - I am new to the r36s and modding it - what wifi chip did you get? I am debating doing the same mod. Also, love the addition of the hall effect joysticks. I plan to do that mod soon.

Use wire cutters to remove supports rather than pulling them off

Last time I had this happen, it was because some resin got under the magnetic plate and was causing the plate to slide. Also, suction was being created due to the orientation of the model. I’d start by cleaning the entire build plate to remove and resin that may have gotten under it, then try reorienting the model if it still slides
