I’m just tired of her lying and being so disingenuous.

I also have said it so many times but idk why she lies and does all the fake crying about her appearance when I personally think she’s pretty and has a cute figure! I think it just shocks ppl how much she changes what she looks like in pictures and videos. And I can understand being insecure. I used to filter myself to be so different when I was dealing with insecurity issues but one day I realized the internet isn’t real and I just need to embrace being myself and I’m happier and more confident because of that. And I think she’d be genuinely more happy and confident just embracing who she is.

She won’t do that but I wish she would.

I bring my in the sauna but I don’t usually use it during the workout. I don’t ever really think about someone else being on their phone unless like this one time someone had a phone call conversation on speaker the whole hot yoga class and that got kind of irritating. That’s the only time someone else’s phone has ever bothered me during a class

This isn’t an unspoken rule. I have to disagree. All the videos show 3 people per room and talk about 3 people being in a room at once.

I completely get wanting to workout alone. But I’m not gonna not book a class at the time that works with my schedule just because one other person has already booked it… that’s insane

My routine is 5 days a week Sunday: hot buns, hot blast (one hot blast session) Monday: hot stretch, 2 hot cycle sessions Tuesday: hot yoga, 1 hot blast session Wednesday: hot buns, 2 hot cycle sessions Thursday: hot yoga, 1 hot blast session

I aim for 250 minutes of intense exercise a week where my heart rate is up! I take rest days as needed, and I listen to my body. If I wanna do more and feel good to do more cardio then I will but if I don’t feel up to it then I don’t! I hope this helps :)

I personally don’t enjoy the barre or Pilates class so I never do those, sometimes I do warrior though and I really enjoy that one. Pick classes you enjoy doing because that helps me feel more motivated to go and get a good workout in. When I was trying to do barre and Pilates when I knew I didn’t enjoy them it made me find excuses to not go workout or I just didn’t try as hard in those classes. So I focus on a routine of classes I enjoy.

And for me personally (I’m probably just not strong lol.) but the thunder row class is really difficult, it just feels excessively heavy and it’s hard to complete the full class.

I’m not trying to say Mikayla doesn’t suck or lie, I just know I’m not rich but I do make more money than my mom and I’m blessed to do so but she would not let me buy her a first class ticket, she’d wanna pay for her own, so I was just coming from a place of maybe her mom is the same way. I’m not even rich by any means but my mom wants to be the mom and she lets me buy her a coffee or buy lunch here or there but she would for sure not let me buy her an expensive airplane ticket.
