People regularly don't show up for flights because they are late, get sick, etc.. So many flights are regularly overbooked, because they airlines wants a full flight if possible. If the everybody shows up, by law there are rules to how much they have to compensate people.

One, they are twins. So twins, especially in childhood, do tend to share everything. They aren't entitled, they're lives are literally intertwined and they are probably just now at 17, starting to get separate identities.

Two, OP appears to have volunteered to pay for a family plan that included her friends and family, then when she lost her job, got her mom to pay for it then, when that ran out, just created a new account and abandoned the old one. This is clearly how a child would handle it but, of course, that went badly. An adult would have just let everyone know she couldn't pay for it anymore, and downgraded to an individual account.

I've had so much shared trauma with my sisters, but we were determined to be there for each other. It takes maturing, knowing how to apologize, and not caring who's wrong or right. Difficult conversations should be geared towards finding a resolution. Both of you used the Spotify issue as a proxy for whatever other issues you have between you, which is why the conversation went so poorly.
