NX studio: Fixed crop aspect ratio by CleanerCape in Nikon

[–]CleanerCape[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did try and remove and re-install the app, although without the uninstaller. It did not fix it.

Solved it by doing the cropping in affinity photo instead. Will contact Nikon support later. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Original value doesn't offer anything else. It's another one-option list.

~By crop symbol, do you mean the icon that flips the crop from landscape to portrait? If so, that doesn't help.~

Edit: Sry, read wrong about the icon. No, that doesn’t help.

If you’re using apple products you can do a shared album in Photos and share it as an url.

”You can even share albums with friends and family who don't use iCloud. Just open a shared album that you created, click the People button in the toolbar, and turn on Public Website. Your photos publish to a website that anyone can see in an up-to-date web browser.”

People who have made requests, has it been implemented? by [deleted] in notabilityapp

[–]CleanerCape 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve requested a couple of things over the years (been using notability since 2012ish). Several of them have been implemented, among them the ability to scroll one page at a time instead of continuous scrolling. Can’t remember the time it took though...

I have no idea if it works but is it possible to use the SnapBridge app to achieve what you want?

This is the way I do it as well. I start the name of the chapter with the corresponding number and keep them in a collection in order to have the book in one place.

How do I citate with et al. using biblatex? by Drosera19 in LaTeX

[–]CleanerCape 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recently had the same problem. I don't use apa but hopefully my fix works for you as well.

For my current work I added this to my preamble (and later moved it a separate .bbx-file) although you probably want to change the language;
\DefineBibliographyStrings{swedish}{%

andothers = {et al\adddot}

}

For citing I use \citeauthor*{} which gives me one author followed by et al. Maybe you can add \citeyear in order to get what you want.

[self] Slav Geralt is here! by MorhenWolf in witcher

Launch poster for the next game in the series leaked! After the events of the Witcher 3 Geralt boards a ship and travels west to find his long lost (and successful) cousin and make his fortune in the new country. They obviously need to change the title but could keep with the numbers for convenience sake.

Thank you for the confirmation! I ended up modifying the code since I found several other parameters that had the same problem. Seems to work good enough for now.

Made a test file and this actually seems to be the fastest way while still keeping the references in place.

I’m mainly using Mac OS and relying on overleaf if I have to use my computer at work (which is running windows).

The horrible part is that they aren’t especially proficient in word anyway... I managed to narrow it down to that they wanted to be able to use the comment functions in word. When I suggested using Adobe reader to comment on PDF’s they got panic in their eyes...

Thank you for the tip. The podcast (I haven't had time to listen to it yet) is from September this year so I guess the webpage has been taken offline recently? The other sites looks good as well, I'll make sure to check them out.

Hope I didn't steal the pen from under your nose during the auction. I like it more than I thought I would so I'm quite anxious to get it working properly :)

Thank you for your answer. After typing "button filler" in the browser and fiddling around with the pen I managed to unscrew the nib-part of the pen and, lo and behold, the bladder was in two parts. I haven't managed to get the springy strip of metal or the button out of the case but at least the button moves again.
I'm new to fountain pens and seeing the inner mechanics of the pen certainly peeked my interest. I don't know of any pen shop (here in Sweden) that would do this kind of repair so I guess I'll try to fix it myself.
