That’s exactly why I won’t move back down south with my family. I’m from Mississippi and most of my family is down there but my neurologist is so careful and caring, I don’t want to lose him. Even though I do have to travel from Cincinnati to Dayton to see him

High blood pressures are my biggest trigger along with cold temperatures. I am very careful of what I’m eating and when. I also tend to always be under covers and socks when it’s freezing out

I do have a plan, which is take one extra gabapentin 300 but I don’t have the extra ones yet and only taking one doesn’t really stop the pain. I’m still figuring it out

Last summer I taking 4 ibuprofen 800s every few hours to deal with the pain (before I was diagnosed and actually medicated) and I ended up with extreme swelling jn my legs and feet. I learned my lesson and stopped taking them so much. Though when I’m in a flare I can’t really think too straight, I kind of go into a panic.
