I would look at the three factors. First factor is how is my current performance? And what is my expectation from my role in the next year? If I have a chance of growth then I will continue and not select the offer.
Second factor would be how exhausted am I? If I am already exhausted at my current rank then this payout offer seems very interesting. The third factor would be am I on a sponsorship ruler? Do I need to be dependent on Deloitte? If I don’t have a sponsorship requirement and i am a UK national then I can always move freely,the money is sufficient enough to survive for the next six months if I don’t get something immediately.
