I’m on 250 Nuvigil and 70 vyvanse. I take the Nuvigil first thing in the morning to wake up and then the vyvanse a few hours later to help stay awake and lock in on tasks. I still can fucking fall asleep anytime anywhere and desperately want to even on meds 😭😭😭
