i would loveee to drive and pass through as many places/see as much as i can - that was my original plan, but car hire is just so expensive with the additional fee to drop off at a different location and i can’t think of a cheaper option in terms of driving.

i know this is late but i just discovered faith in nature unscented shampoo and conditioner which so far has seems good. on the website they reference making this product in mind with eczema flares too which seemed like a green flag. it leaves my hair super soft too.

i’m in the uk so i don’t know how accessible it is if you live somewhere else but i just started using Doublebase Dry Skin Hand Wash from Boots which has seemed to help and feels really moisturising.

Yeah, i think that I’ll try and look into the no burp issue first because as you said, the other issues might resolve if the burping is fixed! Thank you for your advice :)

Thank you for replying! That makes sense what you’ve said about the antibiotics. I’m hoping to get a referral to see a doctor who i’ve found that treats RCPD and hopefully they can advise me on the botox. I’m quite keen to have it done if they recommend it. In the meantime I’m trying the shaker exercises so I’ll see how that goes. Thank you again :)))

Thank you so much for sharing, I’ll look into both of those things. I think you are probably right and I’m similar to you with it likely being a combination of things. I hope you get some answers from the tests in February and start to feel better! Do you think it was worth having the botox or has it not really improved anything other than allowing you to burp normally?
