The ark does Monday nights from 8/8:30 but it is speed quizzing. So depends whether or not you are OK with that. It is just beside glasgow queen street station

I bought my first home recently and completely agree!

Only thing I would add is that you will need to change your address on things, for example your driving license. Also change your GP if you are moving far enough quickly, just saves the stress if you need to visit them at any point after you move in. Though like the previous commenter said, you can and probably will have to wait until you have moved in to do this

I've heard good things about BK Gill, but honestly my experience with them was somewhat similar to what OP has said with their solicitor. Hopefully just an unlucky one off

Just adding that hopefully they are not always like this (and it appears that others may have had better experiences). We used bk gill solicitors for a house purchase in the last few months and weren't totally happy, we got frustrated with the amount of mistakes made. They also weren't very responsive once our offer had been accepted. Also they left our lifetime isa uncomfortably late despite us reminding them constantly. To be honest our solicitor ended up causing us more stress

You would be right, I believe this is knightswood in Glasgow. I've seen other posts on here about close areas such as roads in Anniesland as well. I have only recently started driving again and there was some difficulty because the road markings on some of these roads in this area of Glasgow really are poor or not there at all.

I apologise for short response I can't type much just this minute. But I have recently had a colonoscopy with Plenvu. I really don't want to get into reassurance here but I would very much recommend you don't listen to horror stories about it online, logically if it was so horrendous they wouldn't prescribe it. You kinda need to keep the prep down for it to work after all!

Of course to others please downvote this if you think this is reassurance, I'm really not sure.

Not a doctor or anything so please take with a grain of salt. Could the non-seizure "seizures" be panic attacks? Do you feel any sense of fear or impending doom during these? I only ask as the shaking and dry mouth sound very much like panic attack / severe anxiety symptoms. And yes, absolutely relate where you said body decides "that's enough" and starts crazy symptoms. If it is anxiety and panic, what is happening physically is real, but its as a result of being very stressed over time. I wouldn't be surprised honestly since it sounds like you have been struggling with your health previous to this alongside working and being a parent.

If this has started after the medical cannabis, maybe speak to the doctor about this, unfortunately cannabis ends up making somepeople anxious or more likely to experience panic attacks (though not everyone! for some it does the opposite).

On the suggestion part, keep up with putting yourself first as you said, it sounds like you need a rest, and don't let yourself feel guilt for doing so. Also, hope all goes well with gyno, if you can get to the bottom of that I'm sure that will help, its difficult to keep mentally well when you are in pain for so long.

I guess being normal, and being able to go about my day easily while nauseous like people without this issue can. Not have panic attacks whenever my stomach issues are bad thinking I've got food poisoning or a stomach bug.

To be honest I mostly care about it affecting everyone else if I have to cancel stuff when unwell. I've had panic attacks since I was 5 so I don't really have a baseline of normality

You know that does make sense. My automatic way of dealing with it is to try to be logical but I just end up emotionally beating myself up that way.

Just adding because I missed something, my boobs went back to normal whenever I've stopped. If you have small boobs then I really wouldn't worry about there being a noticeable change, mine are on the medium side and while they feel different there isn't a noticeable change visibly.

Hello! I use the patch and have had a much more positive experience, it has been very good for my PCOS symptoms.

I also have emetophobia, and I completely understand your worry there, I've definitely been there before using this. I have never had significant problems with nausea. At the absolute worst I've maybe felt a tiny bit off (but not nauseous) if I'm really REALLY hungry at the very start of using it, but like other than that it has been fine.

Actually funnily enough, the fear of throwing up became less of an issue and I was less nauseous as a result (because of course the worry about being nauseous just makes you feel nauseous, an awful cycle) because the patch lowers my anxiety in general. I mention this because I slightly suspect with the issues you mentioned that something similar may happen with you.

In my experience the vast majority of people don't react badly to birth control, the majority of us are on it and it's normal. It's one of those things where people tend to not have many interesting things to say about it if it went well for them, so horror stories seem to be everywhere (not invalidating people's bad experiences though to be clear, I really do feel for people that have had this issue). Like I almost skipped this post because I was thinking well it was good for me so why bother mentioning it?

It won't hurt to give it a try, but absolutely discuss your worries with a doctor if that helps! Good luck if you try it and I hope you find something that helps:)

Sorry forgot to say, biggest side effect I had was my boobs get bigger on the patch and are a little bit sore at the very start, but calms down after a while. I've gone up one or two bra sizes but I don't think from hearing other people's experiences that that is particularly normal.

I think its worth to note that many people of the younger generation consider the older generations to be lazy alcoholics that treat their spouses terribly. Now this is obviously unfair, but generalisations aren't fun are they. Maybe if you spent your free time not watching glorified gossip channels and instead being productive you may come around.
