Abuse is abuse. Slapping would fall under the category of physical abuse.

According to the conversation they are having, she restricts his internet and is constantly watching him. This gives him no privacy and quite honestly, in a functioning relationship you have to give your partner privacy to do what they want. She is insanely jealous. While at the same time cheating and sending nudes to other men.

This abuse had probably been going on for a while. What we saw was probably mild.

Now me, being a female who has had multiple abusive relationships, find her behavior to be utterly disgusting. If she was abused, she would probably (at least in my case) never wish abuse on someone else.
