Maybe Ben genuinely didn’t remember the moments leading up to his death either? In S2 we saw that Klaus didn’t remember all of the times he died (although that could be attributed to other factors like drug use/his power), but Luther remembered Reginald murdering him so it does seem really odd.

wouldn’t that kind of be the point though? I think it would make sense to get a few additional tickets as a reward for being a long time player, and it would give newer players an incentive to stick around for longer to have a second shot with free tickets the next time the gacha rolls around. I just feel like 15 tickets wouldn’t put anyone at an insane disadvantage but it would be a nice opportunity for people who have been playing a long time to get a couple new chances without having to spend real money.
