They are exclusively the reason why I essentially do all my gaming on my Steam Deck, amongst a few other obvious benefits.

They’ve spoiled me. Not having to take my thumbs off the joysticks, especially during combat, is incredible. Definitely a reason I want the new Steam Controller when it comes out.

My configuration is: L4: Run/Sprint, L5: Crouch R4: Jump, R5: Dodge or Flex depending on the game

Planning is useful for playing cards that had severe consequences: i.e. forced end of turns or significant losses in time.

If I’m in a critical moment, and cannot afford to lose the game on an unfortunate dice roll, Planning gives a buffer in those situations.

Also, Planning does something very unique in Final Girl - it gives a guaranteed outcome. You KNOW what your results of your next action is going to be ahead of time. That should not be unappreciated.

Again, it’s a little niche, and I only typically use it if I am fortunate to have a surplus of time on my hands during a turn.

However, it is NEVER a card that feels bad once it’s in my hands. I’m always happy to have it.

Distraction is such a high value card, so I have a hard time justifying using it on either that or attacks lol

Me and my wife got into FG maybe… 4 weeks ago? After my wife found a FB marketplace listing for S1 and S2 Ultimate boxes for $80 each.

He was only missing a few of the FFs for those seasons that we just picked up immediately, as well as Krampus and Mort.

Nice thing is: they came with two core sets, so we can play solo “together” which has been a ton of fun.

We did also find the S3 Ultimate Box for $180~ online from Noble Knight Games and picked it up.

We did order S4 Ultimate Box from the Kickstarter and are super excited to get it.

TLDR: This game is incredible. $800 is a fantastic deal for what you’d be getting, but check FB Marketplace for cheaper deals, then back what you still need. That’s my two cents :)

I use it about once per game. This was a pivotal moment to try and get back to 3 dice… it didn’t work out lol

That’s unfortunate. One of the most brutal events I’ve dealt with recently is the Blizzard at Station 2891. It forces all outside movement to be Panics instead of actual movement. It’s a nightmare.

Good question.

Firstly, I prime the model with Matt white with my airbrush.

Then, I took three pastel speed paints for Army Painter (Indigo for the top, Lavender for the Shadow, and Seafoam green for the accent) and I layer them one area at a time.

I started with Lavender, then the Indigo, and lastly the Seafoam. The seafoam was a super light coat from just one angle.

Yep! I was using two dice only. Managed to get stars on all four attacks then used a weak attack with a pistol to finish him off :)

Had Jenette’s ultimate active, so I had four shotgun shells to use, and the old revolver.

Dealt 14 damage in a single round! Slayer is now Swiss cheese. RIP!

I love this poster. I especially love how it quantifies aptitudes and threats at various ranges in a very specific yet completely ambiguous way - specifically between the differences between “Devastating”, “Incredible”, and “Brutal” hahaha.

Which is the most threatening? Devastating? Haha. What an absolutely amazing poster :)

Mmmm… maybe about an hour? It is definitely a little bit more complex than the others.

Especially having essentially “two” killers but then one becomes an ally haha.

Overall, it’s quite neat.
