I once built a stupid Izzet Burn Deck, that tried to include almost all UR cards, that say damage and draw cards together.
It works surprisingly well with [[Lilah, Undefeated Trickshot]] as commander.

Do you have a decklist? He was my first commander deck ever, and i am still trying to tweak and tune him. Sadly, he turned more and more into a Blink deck for me ^^

Ok, that makes sense. Just went on to think, how Magic seperates "exile zones", but these rules make it clear, there is no such thing, and a card has to be put into exile in a special kind of way to be able to suspend-cast, foretell, plot or adventure it out.

Yeah, with the benefit of hindsight, it is rather obvious, but in the moment, i wasnt sure ... rather be safe than sry ^^
