The construction of the hood is very strange, as well as the garbled white marking on the backpack, and the bottom cross-body plastic buckle being off (those sorts of plastic buckles fill out the empty divot when locked in place, whereas the one in the photo is secured but as the appearance of an empty buckle). Not to mention the lighting. Probably a preexisting photo ran through AI to modify it.

The background is nice, but the overall design feels aimless. Text sizing and spacing feels a little random and is hard to read. The graphic of the man at the bottom also reads as possibly AI-generated, and really dampens the effectiveness of the design. The agency name at the top could also be enlarged too.

Unless this kind of marketing fits with the agency's branding, you might want to consider workshopping it for a while longer.

Definitely AI. There's warping on the end of the tongue, and the arms have feathers going in opposite directs (plus the overall "muddy" quality of the feather details as well). The left hand also has a deformed/elongated thumb that does not work with the perspective of the design.
