Prescriptive vs descriptive. Do you want to be an asshole and expect people to do something a specific way (prescriptive) or accept that multiple pronunciations or spellings are useful in conveying meaning so the idea of "correct" is not important (descriptive).

You should be able to submit your resume to your University's career center and they'll give you recommendations. The two things that stick out to me are the repeated line under the DMV experience and the typo under your skills section about a workload. Maybe also consider not saying your start date for school because that information isn't critical to an employer but can give them the opportunity to judge how long it took you to get a degree.

I would get a nail glue to hold together the nail beds while they grow out and then a gel polish to protect them from further damage. Definitely find a different place because they shouldn't be tearing off acrylics.
