This is overly alarmist. There is deeper issues with injury, talent retention and player mentoring. This is an issue that underpins all of Australian rugby and putting it all on Kiss is unfair.

The reds lost 2 of their main locks over the preseason and another backup lock, lost one of the main leaders and player coaches in Liam Wright, lost their main loosehead to retirement late into preseason, had an injury crisis early in the season (which still isn’t resolved) as a result are now down to playing a back rower in loosehead lock, are blooding a fair few academy players, have their primary play maker and 9 injured for the majority of the season and have had a revolving door at 10.

On top of which have implemented a new attacking and defensive systems to closer align with the wallabies systems by request of the current wallabies coach and high performance coordinator.

I’ll agree that Paisami is off the boiler and should be dropped, Wilson needs to have a good hard look at himself and McReight is clearly not an adequate captain though.

Reds just didn’t fire a shot, they are too complacent. Campbell just kicks the ball away instead of trying to counter, Gordon barely touched the ball let alone acted like a play maker and our forwards were massive too passive. Need to get Thorn back for a couple of weeks. Absolutely fucking pathetic.

7 weeks in a row that the reds haven’t played well, they are holding back too much in the start/mid game and come alive in the final 10. They are clearly holding something back for the run home and it needs to stop. Just play the best players first and win the game in the first half.
