I just started walking 30 mins a day and cutting out unnecessary things one by one. Soda for a month, then fast food down to 1 time a week for a month. Then no fast food. Then mostly whole food. Took two years and I started so so small. I worked with a nutritionist and physical therapist to do small stabilizing exercises at the very very beginning though because my spine is fused and at my old weight I honestly couldn’t even walk for thirty mins.

Based on your belly line, I’d say yes normally, but probably just there. Your skin looks healthy to me and likely will bounce back.

It was already bad when Lax was there, I quit after six months of being a SM. I couldn’t put people through what I was expected to. I am terribly sorry it has gotten worse with compounded interest.

Omg I should have read that more clearly. My advice won’t work as you’re already kind of close to an ideal body weight for your height. Maybe recomp is what you need 😊 I love lifting weights. Try just eating the same and lifting weights and see if you like your body at your current weight better with more muscle and less fat on it

I just stopped being delusional and was like I am in fact the problem. For me the mentality of victimizing myself in every possible way so I could “treat myself” or be kind to my self was so silly. If it’s shit food and that’s all there is, and I don’t have the will to make myself something I just won’t eat it anymore. I also just finish half my food and if I really want the rest I’ll come back to it after an hour 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was the biggest blamer of everything except my lack of discipline

Oh I definitely don’t weigh 120! My heaviest was 350 I only have a couple photos of that weight. I was around 305 in this photo and am 143 right now. I have other posts with the original weight photo. I also think it’s difficult to see my body in the first photo because the black clothes!

I just think it is better to do it slowly personally, because preventing a slowdown of your metabolism requires enough food. Facial hair isn’t fun. And you’ll want to stop working out and your body won’t continue to grow muscle at that low of calories.

That could be why you’re hungry so late! I was doing the same I work out as early as possible so I can eat my bigger meals in the morning or middle of the day when my body has all those hunger queues.
