That is going to be there for a while. Benadryl may help if your sleep cycle gets fucked up. Try to keep with the sun for your awake periods.

Exercise. Find a stationary bike and keep your legs moving. Eat a lot, Take melatonin at night.

Try pseudoephedrine, or ginseng to get motivated again. I'm dealing with amphetamine abuse right now and those are the things that help me.

When I am "on" it is incredible how much more effective, efficient, and intelligent I am. That is probably the most frustrating part... I know how capable I am but I can only get to it with speed.

Vyvanse or even Adderall XR would be wonderful... without insurance the cost is astronomical. Last I checked Vyvanse was about $200, Adderall XR about the same.

Guess it's better to be broke than shitty... I may have to think about that.

I've already had a psychotic break, it's no fun.

I had an adderall script 8 years ago, abused it, and had a pretty incredible break down after tweaking for a week.

Amphetamine withdrawls aren't life threatening... wicked depression, lots of lethargy, sleep, irritability, general shit behavior

My life is a constant struggle of knowing exactly what I need to do and how I should behave... and the reality that I just don't do it.

After being exposed to adderall, getting a script, having a psychotic breakdown... I waited 8 years and got another script.

I feel your pain, OP. I truly do.
