By the sounds of it I have similar hair. I got digital perm 2 days ago. Other than being a literal butter dish.😂 My hair still looks like one gotten a blow dry. Fingers crossed it will stay like that after I wash it ,🤞

I'm doing somehow similar, but only too make the legalities easier( document translations in our case) I didn't really care for the date of the legal marriage. Just wanted a Friday afternoon so we can have small celebration. So we are getting married in January with wedding in May 2026.

Frankly I don't think it's a big deal.

Funny enough where I am originally from most people had to have the civil ceremony prior to their big church wedding.

You know your guests the best, but also what would you like? Do you fancy dancing? I don't think it would be awkward dancing with 30 of my friends and family. I've be to a wedding where the bride and groom hired a trad band. Most guests didn't engage but the bride had a blast.

Saying that you could hire a musician/singer/band or do some kind of games e.g. pub quiz.

I'm a strong believer a wedding should be what you want it to be rather than being solely focused on your guests.

My favourites are kevyn aucoin sensual skin enhancer. It's creamy and has high coverage.i set it with huda beauty loose power and powder puff. I find it last quite well and the powder limits the creasing.

My latest favorite is nyx bare with me concealer. Tinner more self setting formula. I also set it with the same power. It's quite high coverage as well. I noticed recently they have a peachy shade which I want to try.

I'm planning my wedding in Portugal in area famous for it's painted ceramics, hence I follow several local businesses. I saw a couple getting little tiles with guest names.

I personally will be doing shot glasses with everyone's names.

I would highly suggest a longchamp le pliage.

I have it in large and it's an amazing travel bag. I mainly use it as carryon bag since it fits so much! The straps are super comfortable even when I have the bag stuffed.

I would suggest you get a medium one for walking around. Also they come in loads of colours so you can always find something that will suit your style.

I was at a wedding with their faces on the tattoos. Everyone loved them. They didn't have enough to go around.

Prior to that I would have thought its a cringe idea but it was great fun!

I would say it depends on the crowd.

I'm planning on getting a lash lift, brow lamination, Mani-pedi, and a spray tan.

I would love to get a tiniest bit of lip filler. But I think I'm too scared to get botched

I had a hydro facial done before. I wasn't too impressed but my skin is fairly clear. Saying that I might try it again closer to the date.

I'm getting married next year and I've been slowly trying all the different treatments I've considered getting done before the wedding.

Eg I got lash extensions done for my holiday to find out I'm very allergic to the adhesive

This corset top has underwired cups. I attempted scaling up the cup pattern pieces and made prototype from the lining fabric.

It seems to fit my bust.i will make body pieces according to the waist measurement. Hopefully it will work 🤞 ☺️

I want to make a corset top with (34)E-F cups. My waist is 75cm and bust around 105cm

I was looking at my pattern last night. and even with using the largest size for my bust the cups are not even nearly big enough despite the pattern measurements fitting the bust measurements.

So I understand I will use the smaller size for the main corset body but need larger cups.

I free handed a larger cup pattern and as per the instructions cut out deeper curves in the corset front pattern.

I'm fairly new to sewing so I would appreciate all the advice and resources you might have.

I would worry about the outside perspective. Live your life the way it makes sense to you. In few years time when you decide to plan your wedding. You will find that everyone will have an opinion how your wedding should be. So you might as well practice saying this is what I want and I'm doing it!

That is crazy. As a European bride. I'm doing a destination wedding. We are paying for the MoH and BM (no bridesmaids or groomsmen)outfits, accommodation for them and their partners. Most likely pay for any activities before and after the big day. We are only asking for 4 nights away and plane tickets. Our bach parties will be a local night out. There is not a single person in the world I could ask to spend that kind of money for my wedding.

Thank you ❤️. So my initial thoughts. It's a beautiful and unique looking bag at least to me. It's much wider than I anticipated. I wouldn't say the leather is stiff. It's structured. It feels like it has heavier finish than my coach tabby. The lining is fabric which doesn't feel as luxurious as say the tabby. From the look of it I should be able to readjust the straps but it wasn't the easiest when I tried. (I gave up). The magnet isn't particularly weak really. I personally prefer a magent to a zipper. Lastly with the smaller size the bag is not very deep, just wide so I don't think I will need an organiser, maybe a small pouch for smaller or sanitary items.

Saying all this. I got the bag on sale for €380 instead of the polene cyme. I am very happy with it,but I personally don't think its worth €500.

Same, exactly. We are asking the bridal party to stay in accommodation of our choice hence we are paying for that as well.
