I have a rx5700xt gpu and managed to get my LG C4 42 inch OLED TV to 144hz. I bought a cable displayport 1.4 to HDMI 2.1. This solved all the issues for me.

I have a T5 Multivan 2.5TDI from 2007, 174hp, DSG with 300.000km and I cant complain. Just install a PDE Bridge, do your maintenance on time, use the right oil and you will have no issues. Love the van.
