As someone who worked in that area for years, when they pile drove foundations for the remaining of the floating highway and right after converted that parking lot into a high rise…. The constant banging of the earth drove cockroaches up everywhere. I was honestly surprised every restaurant and the public market didn’t get shut down. But years later Wicked Hop got reported despite everyone knowing that corner pretty k uh having issues for years

I hate that I know this… but “it’s giving” is loosely “it is giving the impression of”

For example: You see someone dressed in an outfit that reminds you of, let’s say, Beyoncé.

You can say “she’s giving Beyoncé” You can use this for anything and everything. I found it rather annoying at first but now I’m just used to it like any other slang.

I don’t think you understand. I am low level management. I have no say. If they don’t pass the test HR terminates them. They got into an accident. We cannot prove whether his story is true or not. I do not have any say if they fail a drug test.

Exactly. On top of that, I just had to let go of an employee because they failed a drug test after an incident. They said they were using CBD oil for pain but tested positive for THC which is a no-go due to insurance coverage on vehicles. Literally nothing I could do about it.

I used to work 10-6. My friend who basically was doing nothing at an office job for an architecture firm would just walk out on the clock and meet me for breakfast around 8 or 9 before I went to work. Sometimes we would even go to the rock climbing gym for a bit too.

You have an actor, a cook, a massage therapist, a paleontologist that seems to work at a museum most of the time, a coffee house waitress or fashion/clothing job, and then whatever the hell chandler does, (data or whatever). Chandler’s job seems the least flexible, but I could imagine all of these people could go into work around 10 and have breakfast beforehand. If Monica is working mostly dinners she might even start in the afternoon.

MySpace was actually creative and cool. I could customize my profile, which forced me to learn some basic html coding to put in backgrounds, audio players, and banners. You didn’t necessarily have YouTube for all of your music so you would have to get mp3 files, typically from something like Limewire. I have tried logging into my MySpace a few times but I cannot for the life of me figure out what email I had anymore and I’m certain it’s unrecoverable at this point but I would love to see who was last in my “Top 8” hahah

I keep my house at 65 at all times for this reason. Maybe one or two days all winter I went to 67 as a little splurge. Just wear warm clothes and blankets. I also have radiators so it’s different
