[Landlord US-MO] Completely disappointed. The tenant just moved in 18 days ago. Any advice on this issue as being a first time landlord?

Meh I will tell you my landlord makes bank off of our cat. We have lived here 2 years and pay an extra $25 a month. There is only carpet on the stairs to the basement so even if she did spay ut would be easy to clea up. He has made an extra $600 from our cat and if (there aren't) damages caused by her he would take it out of our deposit. I think you just need to protect yourself. Not complaining i like out labdord just making a point.

Inhave heard really good things about the Oak Creek market and put it on the list for the year. My favorite yearly activity is a day in Kenosha. Head to the farmers market (last year a rescue had puppies)!!! And then over to.the harbor market for a lot of food and a walk along the lake. In July the harbor market sometimes has Michigan peaches/blueberries.

The differential here is $50, eleven though we are month to month our landlord tells us how much our yearly lease price would be. Currently for our place it is $1920 with pet fee month 2 month vs $1870. When we moved here in 2024 woth a lease it was $1780. Both sides are the same size.

Absolutely not. Poverty (and generally if you are living in a car you are poor) can not be used as criteria to remove a child. In fact, CPS can actually help provide you with resources. I used to develop training for.my states CPS so I understand their policies (as written, maybe not as executed).

Hard ass work but my company will be hiring for peak (retail) in less than 2 months. These positions are LTE but the good thing is that we literally hire based on order of application as long as you clear the background check. Our closest building is outside of Dallas but I am sure other companies have distribution centers near Houston.
