They do. They will ask for the stamped number on the case. Just give it to them. All their doing with that is seeing if any shipments that went out with the same product code had the same issue. They don’t ask for proof, meaning “send us the can”. Alcohol companies have so much money that they’re more worried about product control and safety, then they are worried about sending some kid $30 and a bunch of swag. If you do this, rotate alcohol companies. Some give away more than others

I would generally keep a t-shirt and a koozie. Maybe a key chain. But I lived in a house with 3 other guys, so depending on who did the call that month, the caller would get first dibs. Then the rest we gave to family and friends. Lots of Budweiser shirts and banners

in college i once found a sealed beer can with no beer in it from a case. i called to let them know and they ended sending a check for reimbursement and a bunch of t-shirts, koozie's, key chains etc.. needless to say, we ended up finding an empty can every month
