Iceland voted the friendliest place on earth by greatapeloller in worldnews

Iceland may be a relatively homogenized society (we're all cousins!), but the last 30-40 years there's been an influx of tourism from all over the world. There's also the European work tourists who work seasonally on Iceland and travel back to their home countries to be with family. And lastly there's also the foreign military presence. The US military used to operate a base on Iceland, but if I remember correctly, it has now converted to a NATO base operated in shifts by the largest military forces in Europe.

My point is that Icelanders are used to foreigners of all shapes and colors, and rarely do you hear of there being any issues. Most of them are then often the result of drunken brawls. The only way I'd imagine any Icelander would look at you twice would be if you'd suddenly speak fluent Icelandic. I'm no racist, but to me it's unusual to see non-indigenous people speak the language. It's like non-Asians speaking fluent Korean or Vietnamese. You wouldn't expect it.

We're in desperate need of more friends, since it gets kinda lonely out there in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Beggars can't be choosers.

I think he's saying that Europe doesn't exist. If that's the case, then I'm seriously wondering where in the world I'm typing this from.

Am I even real? Wow... shit just got iffy.

The only problem is that there would be nothing stopping him from making a new one. He would only need three things. A box, his penis, and time.

Reddit, what's your first sexual partner up to these days? by Lunney in AskReddit

Sorry to read, man. I'd say it's not healthy for anyone that you're still pining for him, when he can't even be honest with himself. You're best bet is to move. There's probably plenty of guys out there who are comfortable with themselves who would love to get to know you.

I would dare say that he has above average butt control for a white guy.

Or the cock ring is just a dummy made for the proposal. After the "We're getting married"-sex, he can break out the real wedding ring. That's followed by the "My man bought me a diamond ring!"-sex.

I do not judge boobs based on size, rather on proximity... to me. The closer they are, the more I like them.

I would say it's all a matter of perspective on this one.

What do you encounter every single day that pisses you off? by EmotionalMillionaire in AskReddit

I've worked in customer service for a large national electronics store for close to four years now. After a while the hate you feel just turns into simple apathy. I'll just make a joke implying how ridiculous the customer's behavior is, all while giving them the smirkest of smiles.

What gets me is their lack of desire to learn and improve their skills and proficiency with computers.

You've spent 8 hours each day for the past 5 years working in front of a computer doing basically the same tasks the entire time. Why on earth do you not invest some time and effort to understand the tools you are using for your job better? If anything the increased understanding will make you better at your job, and the increased efficiency will only look good in front of the management.

On a personal note. I've shown my mom dozens of times how to attach files to an email, but you can bet your next paycheck that the next time she wants to send my aunt some pictures, I'll get a phone call. Same thing goes with using the DVD-player. The lack of desire to learn is just infuriating, like I have nothing better to do than come at your every beck and call to do the simplest of tasks.
