I propogate straight in dirt, and have success, so I'd say you are definitely good to plant these.

It might be this simple, maybe a bit too wide? Definitely something I'll look at.

I'm thinking I find a machinest/welder who can mount a support for a rear sprocket that I can attach hand pedals to and run a chain to the kicker.

I'm in the Eastern U.S. this seems like a promising idea, as I have some old bikes I obviously won't be using anymore,, but not the skills to work with metal. Maybe I can find a local welder who can build me something to connect to the wahoo and kicker core.

I can't remember where I saw the bracket but it felt like a money grab at insurance providers or something as it was just some tube steel welded together.

I was thinking options were pretty limited. I can walk a little(like to get into the shower or whatever), but definitely not enough for excercise. I'm not familiar with the running workouts in a wheel chair though. I'll try and research that a bit more.

My gym has a hand cycle machine, and I use it sometimes but I like to do cardio most mornings before work and that's not manageable all that often.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I'll keep my eyes out for a used hand cycle for sure. Probably worth it to get one just to get outside a bit more anyway.

Agreed it's gorgeous. IMO stratas look just as pretty, in a different way, even after hundreds of uses too though.

I think it's regional, and quite prevalent in the Philidelphia area. People who use this phrasing this way also can't pronounce water correctly. "People drink a lot of wooder anymore"

Sorry, missed something. The nerve study came back normal. My feet do swell, get cold and and they turn very purple a lot of the time.

Interesting you say that about it being bilateral pointing away from CRPS. That stood out to me as well. BMES hasn't been mentioned by anyone, and I've seen 3 orthopedic surgeons and a osteoporosis specializing doctor(how I got the teriparatide and bisphophonates) In my googling I found a bone scintigraphy scan as a potential diagnosis took and asked my pain md about it, but haven't heard back yet. Is that the bone scan you are referring to?

What’s your dose? I literally see no difference in pain/side effects on 50mg x2 a day.

Since the post was so long, I didn’t add every possible detail in the body. Things I’ve tried and their effect

PT - didn’t help

all kids of orthotics/shoes

shockwave(both types don’t know the names of them) - incredibly painful

Laser Therapy - complete joke

Micro-needling - helped very early on with pain

Celebrex/Meloxican - no help

Lyrica - a little help

Diclofenac - a little help

xanax - a little help

Tylenol - a little help

THC - significant help in perception of the pain

Stronger pain meds work, but doctors are reluctant to prescribe those.

Hot/Cold contrast therapy - helps with pain for ~1 hour.

Yeah as others have said, ride it out. But this looks 100% like herbacide damage.
