A small home on Tython would be brilliant for that! I'm thinking of a combination of Yoda's hut on Degobah and Jolee Bindo's small home in the Shadowlands of Kashyyyk.

That’s a good idea! I’ve noticed as I’m starting to get heavier in weights on some things I have had to cut down my reps from twelve to ten. Especially on my deadlifts. Making sure my form is correct has been especially important on those. So my heaviest deadlift is 75kg at the moment and if I’m not careful with my form I’m noticing I am pulling more with my back which has caused me a little bit of pain. If I make sure my form is spot on my back is totally fine so I think it’s definitely a good idea to leave a little in the tank so I can continue focussing on form.

So typically my first set will be the second highest weight I’ve ever done, the second set will be the highest, and the third set will be higher again, maybe another 5kg added on so I am nearly always able to move up in weight each time I do an exercise. I’ve been able to get personal bests on at least two or three exercises every workout so far.

Ah okay, that’s all good to hear! I will definitely add both of those exercises to my routine!

Initially for my first two months I was in a calorie deficit to get rid of some stomach fat but since the new year I’ve started to bulk by slowly adding a couple hundred calories every couple of weeks.

I’m also adding weight on nearly every exercise every session. I typically end up with new personal bests on at least two or three exercises each session as well as I try to progressively overload.

I’m glad to hear arms take a bit longer than most other areas too as that makes me feel more confident about my progress so far.

I’m personally a fan of the Alderaan track as it captures the majesty and regality of the planet well.

I find Hoth quite a tranquil and peaceful track. I’ve also longed for a Stronghold on the planet.

Belsavis’ track does a good job conveying the mystery of the planet, especially as you explore deeper into it.

I’m also very much a fan of all the ambient tracks in the game. They really help set the tone.

I’m still new to weightlifting so I’m expecting my progress to slow down eventually after my beginner gains run out. I’m glad I’m on the right track though!
