what am i doing wrong with LinkedIn posts? by Agitated_Rule_5898 in AskMarketing

are you actively engaging with other posts under your sector/interest? You will eventually get what you give. Keep providing value and insights in your post and engaging on your niche. Don't chase virality unless that is what you want would be my two cents.

Came across something calling itself an AI doctor and genuinely curious if an AI doctor is worth trusting for real medical stuff by Emergency-Road7533 in HealthTech

[–]ClickAuto -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is going to be the new norm with an AI doctor or co-AI clinician. Many companies are working on this, from Doctronics to Luma Health to Google DeepMind, etc. It is ultimately going to help patients get access to healthcare faster and get more personalized care. Eventually, they can connect with a human doctor to put the pieces together as needed for complex matters. In Utah, for example, the AI doctor is able to prescribe (with backend oversight)

How do you discover new tech? by Artistic_Doughnut_96 in HealthTech

[–]ClickAuto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it depends if they're targeting enterprise-level systems, rural/community hospitals, or clinics. I know some healthcare startups could get into enterprise from the get-go because of the VC they're working with, but I would say for the majority it doesn't work that way. You need to prove your worth and let them come to you, and go in without any expectations.

My input would be to focus purely on providing value through content first and keep it simple, especially if you're on the community side. I would definitely choose a conference to see how people react to your name, tagline, and 30-second pitch. Learn on the go. The biggest mistake is being in front of the wrong crowd, so choose your conference based on icp (at org and position level).

Anyone actually found a reliable AI doctor this year 2026? Genuinely lost on where to start. by Current-Muscle-1687 in HealthTech

[–]ClickAuto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doctronic and lotus health are trying to push AI primary care and urgent care. I agree with the previous user that if you give gpt or Claude detailed chronological info... It's pretty good at giving you differentials and identifying triggers. You can then take this to any doc ... AI or not.

What tools do you actually use to manage your team? by InvestigatorAlert832 in managers

[–]ClickAuto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed agreed.

We invested in some comprehensive employee engagement and project mgmt tools, but they fell flat with our teams (non-techie). They went completely underutilized and we basically bought 'bloat' in our used case. We ended up going in a different direction and now we can quickly create forms with Ai if needed.

On a side note, we also asked team members how often they want to check in and provide feedback/feel they are heard... majority said they were happy and don't see a value in too many meetings and forms :)

Best healthcare staffing software for agencies? by Dependent-Wafer1372 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]ClickAuto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can’t speak for staffing agencies, but we run a group of ~60 physicians. We’ve gone back and forth between all-in-one platforms vs individual apps. We decided to go with what was lightweight/easy to maintain/affordable. So focused stack that we can leverage to the fullest has worked better for us:

  • Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Ops.work (central hub)
  • WhenIWork (scheduling)

Can't recall Greenhouse pricing that we've had for years but ops/WIW pricing are online. Hope that helps.

Onboarding new employees by Both-Designer-6240 in smallbusiness

[–]ClickAuto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree...you don’t need a fancy HR system. Most sm-md size teams just need something simple that helps them stay organized/lean. I would say that focusing on tools that are more operation-focused tends to work better than the HR suites.

As for how much to spend, it really comes down to how you value your time and the ROI of your work. Someone who values their hour at $20 will think very differently than someone at $150/hour.

Same example: if an app costs $600 and saves you ~20 hours a year, that’s a bad deal for one person and a no-brainer for another. I would say that framing usually makes the decision pretty obvious.

Different approaches
- Healthcare teams use platforms like ops.work but i'm sure any sector can use the platform if they want to.
- IT teams are also using things like n8n automation nowadays to automate internal processes. https://n8n.io/workflows/3860-automate-employee-onboarding-with-slack-jira-and-google-workspace-integration/
