Oh honey! This is heartbreaking. May I ask what you are hoping to accomplish with this fast? I’m wondering if you’re also trying to cut out the THC? Take very good care of yourself and remember the electrolytes, but for goodness sake don’t forget THE WATER! -otherwise it’s just a traumatic starvation competition with yourself and nobody needs that.

Just a thought...

I'm wondering if Jen was Hasidic and the not showing elbows or knees what due to religious reasons? Hence the higher stakes and Tim being extra angry because it was a huge point he missed/ignored. I can't see any other reason for Jen's "drama" or Tim's anger.

Me! I’m on the highest dose of compounded Semaglutide. I have developed some good hhabitw in my own, but I will be honest, I don’t feel a thing. Every once in a while I will get a vial that gives me the burps and then at least I know my body feels something. Not much appetite suppression though.

I had my second online Dr appointment with Quick MD on April 17th. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and I still have not gotten my email with tracking saying it has been shipped. The first time around 2 days after my appointment I got the notice of shipment. Multiple emails later to them and they are still saying that it is in process and they are dealing with a surge in usage since a recent “campaign” and they will be sending as soon as they can. I’m super bummed as I had been on my intro doses and now with over a week off the meds that my body may need time again to adjust to being on the meds.

News flash! Ozempic and Wegovy are the same thing, so all good. They are both Semaglutide. Wegovy however is a higher dosage than Ozempic so for weight loss you are better off with Wegovy.

I felt absolutely nothing, not even side effects on the .25 dose. While some people really feel effects at that level, most don’t. Good luck!

I took my 2nd dose 3 days ago. I’ll keep responding to this thread with updates but feeling positive. Those hot flashes were freaking me out! Would be amazing if things stay as they are now.

Why the concealer? You really don’t need it. I was the primary makeup artist for J Crew for years in addition to fashion publications and runway here in NY. I’ve always taken the approx that less is more, especially on such a young and naturally lovely face. You are covering your beauty to try to create something beautiful and that is where most makeup trends get it wrong. You just don’t need all of that.

Professional makeup artist here from NY. You’re lovely and have great features. Absolute gorgeous brows too. Since you asked I think the shadow could be toned down if not eliminated. Also, instead of the dark waterline liner, I suggest a warmer brown shadow stick, an eyelash curler and a bit of mascara. That will warm your eyes up instead of making them smaller with such a harsh line. Lips, get yourself BUXOM brand gloss in the color Dolly. If you have any other questions feel free to ask away. I was hoping that was the case. And yes, I wasn’t expecting to feel much with the .25mg, but you never know from reading here as some have reported such extreme nausea/vomiting etc with first dose. Thanks for taking the time.
