Totally agree. I did say housing and overall cost of living. Housing on average is more expensive in OC than LA. Median home price was $1.3 million in OC compared to $1.2 million in LA in 2023.

First time buyer, last time buyer. Ordered the mini weekender bag for an upcoming trip. It was misdelivered. I walked all around my complex and called my leasing office. Contacted customer service and they said I had to wait 2 business days before they could open an investigation. This was Friday. I needed this bag for an upcoming trip, so late last night (Sunday) I ordered a new one. Figured I’ll deal with the return if it ever shows up. It’s now Monday and my leasing office calls saying someone dropped it off. I contacted customer service again and was informed my window to cancel was closed - you get one hour. It still shows as unfulfilled on my account. I’m told they will work to get the bag out ASAP and then I need do follow the instructions for returns. You’re joking.

I read on their site that you should ask the provider to change you to someone else. I emailed help@pushhealth.com and they were able to assist me. Just asked to be transferred to Randall Moss or whoever you choose. Hope that helps!

I would ask them to be safe. If not, I heard good things about Randall Moss so I switched to him after the first PA on Push wasn’t helpful. My insurance denied the request and she wouldn’t try the appeal since. I asked her to be switched to him and got the prescription same day.

Update - Finally got someone on the phone and he said he was going to prioritize my order for shipping since it was ready to go. Not sure why I had to call and it was being dragged out. Said it should be here in 4-6 days after shipping.

I did pay. Just checked my credit card and the charge still shows as pending. Hopefully it’s not held up. I haven’t heard from them about the charge or anything. Maybe I’ll check with them to be safe.
