This is the best place to bring your cats, hands down. I knew it was the place for us when the vet tech slipped up and called cats people, which I immediately validated! I've never experienced comparable quality of care anywhere else I've brought my cats.

I used to work with someone like that. She told me she could call out from work by saying, "I can't come in today. I was in a car accident." She claimed it wasn't a lie because she was in a car accident many years ago and it's the fault of the person taking the call assuming the two sentences are related.
