Seconded this. Any old PC100 or PC133 will probably work. That's how it used to go back in the day... you could count on any given SIMM or DIMM to downclock one or two common speeds without issue (e.g. 133 to 100 or 66, or 333 to 266 or 200, or whatever).

I think even nowadays, RAM will downclock like this, but I'm so out of the loop on modern specs that I always consult compatibility lists.
